- OR Three-year Diploma in Engineering in the above streams or a combination thereof.
- OR Degree in Engineering in the above streams or a combination thereof.
- Technician Grade-III:
- Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades specified in the official notification.
- OR Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the specified trades.
